We were quite adventurous and traveled all over the island and at breakfast this sweet elderly couple on the next table always asked us where we had been the day before. This time we had been up to a village in the mountains. I was chatting away as usual and everyone had gone a bit quiet. The elderly couple were just looking a bit startled and not able to look me in the eye I looked at my friend who was bright red, face all scrunched, desperately trying not to laugh out loud, I was running through my head what it could be... before it slowly dawned on me that I had got the village name a bit muddled and had been calling it &#39;Pinos&#39; (pee-noss) instead of &#39;Prinos&#39; (pree-noss)... I had been completely oblivious that it sounded quite rude and very freudian, which just made it all the funnier. I was mortified when the penny dropped, but it was at the same time... gosh, it was just so funny, Jane and I just laughed and laughed and laughed and we still laugh about it today.
