1) The
greatest teaching spirit and Gegu, my guide, have shared is to know
myself. This has enabled me to see that life and relationships have
enslaved me to exist as a puppet and not an individual. Social belief
systems – religion, morality, marriage, sexuality, and (?) – are
human consciousness ideals and not universal/spiritual law. We're
conforming to life, not living or creating life. I learned that I'm
my 'father's son' and not His Son. The 'His' is not to conform to
God's Law, it is simply language. I am the son of no belief system, I
am the Son. Gegu's first teaching came as a question, “Are you
love?” I was not. “Are you joy?” I was not. “Are you life?”
I was not, I was life's pawn.
And this is why I'm not spiritual, I'm not a light worker, I am Simon, and today, in this moment, I choose to love you.
2) Perception
can trip up even those closest to us. We, the human mob, have the
irritating habit of judging every experience on the last. This causes
us to create unhealthy patterns in our lives and then one day we find
ourselves always talking about the past until the past is our
present. 'Shit' doesn't have to happen, new experiences are okay and
beneficial. Don't question, investigate, talk about every experience
until what actually happened, and the reasons for the happening have
been forgotten and altered. Be happy and stop talking about others,
and here's a thought, we're not always right. Our 'rights' are
created by our experiences, our perceptions and beliefs, which aren't
always accurate or true.
